Chair Yoga

Join us Thursday, October 25 @6:30 p.m. for an Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation with Chair Yoga for ages 14 & up. The class will consist of the following components: Pranayama (breathing exercises), Gentle seated yoga, and Guided meditation. Gentle seated yoga involves practicing simpler chair yoga poses to improve flexibility, strength & concentration.

This program is part of a series of mindfulness classes that the library will be offering throughout the months of September and October. This series is funded through a grant from the Southern Tier Library Foundation.
