DESCRIPTION:The Cuba Library is offering a free Chair Aerobics and Chair Th
 erapy class. The last sessions for the current round will be on Friday\, O
 ctober 2 at 9:30 a.m. and Wednesday\, October 7 at 9:30 a.m. They will tak
 e a short break for the remainder of October\, and beginning on November 5
 \, 2026\, the class will be on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 10 a.m. This is a o
 ne-hour class with a variety of exercises that will change every week. The
  class includes the use of exercise bands\, balls\, and bars. The entire p
 rogram has over 350 exercises proposed by doctors and physical therapists 
 nationwide! We welcome all health levels\; anyone with a heart condition\,
  physical injury\, trauma recovery\, brain injury or other health concern\
 , including Veterans\, is welcome to attend. The instructor will offer mod
 ifications to the movements for those who need them\, including chair yoga
  for injuries. The class is free and each participant receives free workou
 t bands. The classes will be taught by Melanie Bricker under the instructi
 on of Linda Botens. Participants are welcome to attend to one class or the
  other\, or both each week\, depending on what fits their schedule. Please
