SUMMARY:Chair Aerobics
DESCRIPTION:The Cuba Library is offering a free Chair Aerobics and Chair Th
 erapy class. Beginning on November 6\, 2025\, the class will be on Tuesday
 s & Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. This is a one-hour class with a variety of exer
 cises that will change every week. The entire program has over 350 exercis
 es proposed by doctors and physical therapists nationwide! We welcome all 
 health levels\; anyone with a heart condition\, physical injury\, trauma r
 ecovery\, brain injury or other health concern\, including Veterans\, is w
 elcome to attend. The instructor will offer modifications to the movements
  for those who need them\, including chair yoga for injuries. The class is
  free and each participant receives free workout bands. The classes will b
 e taught by Melanie Bricker (under the instruction of Linda Botens). Parti
 cipants are welcome to attend to one class or the other\, or both each wee
 k\, depending on what fits their schedule. Please contact the library with
