SUMMARY:Chair Aerobics
DESCRIPTION:The Cuba Library is offering a free Chair Aerobics and Chair Th
 erapy class. Beginning on November 6\, 2025\, the class will be on Tuesday
 s &amp\; Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. This is a one-hour class with a variety of
  exercises that will change every week. The entire program has over 350 ex
 ercises proposed by doctors and physical therapists nationwide! We welcome
  all health levels\; anyone with a heart condition\, physical injury\, tra
 uma recovery\, brain injury or other health concern\, including Veterans\,
  is welcome to attend. The instructor will offer modifications to the move
 ments for those who need them\, including chair yoga for injuries. The cla
 ss is free and each participant receives free workout bands. The classes w
 ill be taught by Melanie Bricker (under the instruction of Linda Botens). 
 Participants are welcome to attend to one class or the other\, or both eac
 h week\, depending on what fits their schedule. Please contact the library
