Beginning on June 4\, 2025\, the class will be on Wednesdays & Fridays at 10:00 a.m. This is a one-hour class with a variety of exercis es that will change every week. The entire program has over 350 exercises proposed by doctors and physical therapists nationwide! We welcome all hea lth levels\; anyone with a heart condition\, physical injury\, trauma reco very\, brain injury or other health concern\, including Veterans\, is welc ome to attend. The instructor will offer modifications to the movements fo r those who need them\, including chair yoga for injuries. The class is fr ee and each participant receives free workout bands. The classes will be t aught by Linda Botens through September &\; by Melanie Bricker (under t he instruction of Linda Botens) after that time.
