DESCRIPTION:Celebrate the Year of the Horse with us and kick off an energet
 ic year ahead! Anyone ages 13 to adult is invited to sign up for an event
  at the Cuba Library on Monday\, February 23 at 6:00 pm featuring sampler
  tastings from Chinese cooking demonstrations\, along with insights into t
 he traditions and cultural meaning behind the Year of the Horse. Come enjo
 y food\, culture\, and a festive start to the new year presented by Xiaoni
 ng Zhang & Miaoli Zhang\, among others. Space is limited and registration
