DESCRIPTION:The Arts Council for Wyoming County will be starting their semi
 nars for Community Arts Grants on Saturday\, August 9th 11am-1pm at the Cu
 ba Library! The presentation will include an overview of the applications
  and guidelines. If you are an interested community organization/entity\, 
 an individual artist or a teaching artist\, they will discuss all of their
  grant options. They encourage both new and repeat applicants to attend!
