DESCRIPTION:Join Miss Cherilyn on Saturday\, May 17 at 1:30 pm at the Cuba 
 Library for a Family Financial Literacy Game. Participants in family teams
  will  adopt a pet—and take on the financial responsibilities of pet own
 ership—as they visit various stations around the room. At each stop\, pl
 ayers engage in financial transactions\, spending and receiving money unti
 l the timer runs out. All transactions are tracked on the player’s Pet C
 ard. The goal of the game is to meet a pet’s needs while retaining as mu
 ch money as possible.  This game is geared toward children ages 5-12 but s
 ince each family will be a team\, all ages are welcome. The materials for 
 this program were provided by a grant from ALA and FINRA.
