DESCRIPTION:Join us on Saturday\, July 12 at 10:30 am at the Cuba Library 
 for a fun craft program with Kate Elliot\; each participant will create a 
 medium rainbow with their choice of colors and some flexibility on the num
 ber of arches. This program is open to patrons ages 10 - adult. There will
  be a glue gun in use\, so parents are welcome to come to assist if they f
 eel their child will need help.\n\nThere is limited space so registration
