Cuba Circulating Library is Seeking a Board of Trustees Member

Do you love your library and want to help shape its future? We’re looking for a community-minded individual to join our Board of Trustees!

Library Trustees carry three core duties: a duty of care to protect the library’s resources, a duty of loyalty to the library’s mission, and a duty of obedience to relevant policies, regulations, and laws. In practice, that means helping set library policy, supporting financial stewardship, and working in partnership with our Library Director to ensure Cuba Circulating Library continues to serve our community well.

The work of a library trustee isn’t always easy, but it is always rewarding — and you don’t need a background in libraries to serve. You just need a passion for your community and a commitment to equitable access to information.
