Mission Statement

The mission of the Cuba Circulating Library is to nurture lifelong learning, provide free and equal access to information and materials, and strengthen our community.

As required by law, the Library serves all residents of the Cuba-Rushford School District without regard to citizenship or immigration status. As required by law, the Library keeps library user records confidential and releases such information to law enforcement agencies only to the degree required after appropriate authentication of credentials, warrants, court orders, and/or subpoenas. For the protection of the Library, we record all seizures of evidence and arrests made on site; such recordings pertaining to library users are confidential library records. – Adopted March 9, 2026
