Designed for kids in grades K – 5, Eat a Rainbow takes place on Mondays, July 15 – August 5 from 2 – 3 pm at the Cuba Library. This Snap-Ed nutrition class is all about learning the 5 food groups and the importance of eating a rainbow. The kids will learn about eating a variety of foods. We will make a snack and talk about all the different ways food helps our bodies. Space in the class is limited, and registration is required.
