Once again we are holding our annual Tiny Art Show! This year, patrons of all ages are invited to come for an in person Tiny Paint Party on Thursday, February 8 at 6:30 pm to create your painting. We will provide the basics of what you need to create a tiny painting: a small canvas, 3 primary colors + black & white, a paint brush, and a color mixing guide. Paint your canvas with an original design, something from a favorite show, or whatever you’d like. You can also embellish with other materials (glitter, paper scraps, sequins, etc.). We will have some items, and you are welcome to bring your own from home as well. As stated, this program is open to patrons of all ages, but children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult. Registration for the paint party is required, so please contact the library at (585)968-1668 or email cuba@stls.org to sign up.
Art pieces will be on display at the library through the end of the month. We will do a random drawing from all of the participants for a special prize. Participants can pick up their art beginning Saturday, March 2, 2024, and will have until Saturday, March 9 to pick them up.
**Please note: We will also have kits available for those who do not want to attend the paint party, but they are not available yet.
