Expecting the Unexpected

Join us on Monday, November 3 at 6:30 p.m. for a presentation from the Center for Elder Law & Justice on advanced planning. This presentation examines the key legal documents that older adults often use to plan for their care later in life and to manage the distribution of their assets after death. Attendees will gain a clear understanding of Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Proxies/Living Wills, and Last Wills and Testaments. The session will explain the purpose of each document, why it matters, and the steps involved in having them properly drafted This presentation is free and open to the public and generously funded by the Allegany County Office for the Aging.
