Back by popular demand! Adults are invited to join us for a live cooking demonstration on Monday, March 16 at 6:30 pm at the Cuba Library with trained chef (and library director!) Raeanne Smith as she shows us how to make gumbo, the popular and hearty soup or stew from Louisiana usually served over rice.
