Unearth a Story: the Prehistoric Soap Adventure!, a two part workshop in Cold Press Soap Making for teens & tweens ages 9 – 18. Join us at the Cuba Library on Thursdays, July 16 & 30 for two sessions in making your own “dino-soap” bars. In part 1, learn the science of cold process soap making from 6 – 7:30 pm, as you create your bars of soap using all natural, vegan ingredients. In part two, from 6 – 7 pm on the 30th, “dig”, unmold, cut, and customize your soap bars. Attendees will have a few choice options for scent and color. Please note that you must attend both sessions. This program is free and open to teens and tweens ages 9 – 18, but space is limited and registration is required.
