Food & Family History

Food is one of the most powerful ways to explore family history and culture. Join us on Tuesday, July 14 at 6:00 pm for an evening of shared stories and shared plates! Participants are invited to prepare and bring a dish that reflects their family’s heritage — along with a written copy of the recipe to share with the group. Whether it’s your grandmother’s pierogis, a beloved Juneteenth staple, or a recipe that traveled across an ocean, every dish has a story worth telling. Come ready to eat, share, and connect. Free and open to the community. Registration is required so that we know how many people plan to attend the event and so that attendees will know how much of their dish to prepare. Please contact Cuba Library at (585) 968-1668 or email cuba@stls.org to sign up.
