Animal Masks

Kids ages 8 – 12 are invited to join Colleen Connelly for a fun afternoon crafting their own Animal Masks on Thursday, July 9 at 3:00 pm at the Cuba Library. Kids will be painting and embellishing their own cat masks to take home! The masks will be pre-painted with a base layer of color, but the kids will be able to choose whatever color they would like to paint their masks for the final finish. Paint spots or stripes, or a combination of both! Paint your mask orange, or pink, or purple, or a swirl of colors, it’s up to you! Glue fur to the ears for that final fuzzy finish. This workshop is free and all materials will be provided, but space is limited, and registration is required. Please contact the library at (585)968-1668 or email cuba@stls.org to sign up.

This project is made possible with funds from the Statewide Community Regrants Program, a regrant program of the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature and administered by the Arts Council for Wyoming County.
