Sign your family up for our Snap-Ed nutrition class for all ages which takes place on Monday, July 28 at 3 pm at the Cuba Library. Nutritionist Michael Nelson gives insights into health and nutrition. She will have information on the importance of eating a variety of foods, easy ways to make smart food choices, and will also share budget savvy ideas to find a balance in your diet and develop a healthy eating style.
