Learn to make Farmer’s & Feta cheese at home using pasteurized whole milk during this 2 hour course taught by Stephanie Anger on Friday, June 15 from 6-9 pm. The class will take place at the Cuba United Methodist Church, and there is a $10 fee for materials. Bring a quart and a pint container to take home your cheese! Anyone 15 & older is encouraged to attend. Registration is required, so please stop in or call us to sign up.
