The Underground Railroad – Adult Program with Craig Braack & Children’s Program with Tina Dalton

Join us on Thursday, February 22 at 7 pm as Allegany County historian Craig Braack discusses the history of the Underground Railroad both locally and nationally. Mr. Braack is always an engaging speaker, and this program is sure to be interesting and informative.

At the same time as Mr. Braack’s presentation, Children’s Librarian Tina Dalton will be running an Underground Railroad program for kids in grades k-5. The children will learn about quilts and songs that were used to point the way to freedom.  Registration is required for the children’s program, so please stop in or call us to sign up.
