What trees do I tap? When should I tap? How should I tap? What collection method should I use? How do I process the sap once I collect it? If you’re considering making maple syrup, perhaps these questions have crossed your mind. Come join us on Tuesday, February 21 at 6 pm at the Cuba First Baptist Church and hear Carolyn share answers to these questions and demonstrate a quick, easy maple treat the whole family will enjoy. Whether you’ve just started making maple syrup, want to start making maple syrup, or are simply curious about the process, there will be something for you.
Registration is requested so please contact Cuba Library at (585) 968-1668 or email cuba@stls.org to sign up.
