Does New York State have money in your name? New York has billions of dollars in lost money. Each day they return about a million dollars to those who file claims. Join us on Tuesday, January 9 at 10 a.m. at Cuba Library for a program with Leah Solomon from the New York State Comptroller’s office and learn about what kinds of funds are held, how to claim your money, estate items, and more. The presenter will also talk about the process of searching for unclaimed funds from dormant bank accounts, insurance companies, tax refunds, etc. This program is free and open to patrons of all ages. This is a hybrid program, so if you are unable to come in person, you can request a link to attend the program from home. Please contact the Cuba Library at cuba@stls.org or message us on Facebook to request the link if you wish to attend remotely.
