The Cuba Library will offer a free Chair Aerobics and Healthy Heart class on Thursdays at 10:00 a.m. beginning June 22. This is a one hour class with a variety of exercises that will change every week. The entire program has 350 exercises proposed by doctors and physical therapists nation wide! The class is free and each participant receives free workout bands. The class will be taught by Linda Botens, and includes an introduction with hands only CPR.
