The Cuba Library is offering a free Chair Aerobics and Healthy Heart class on Thursdays at 10:00 a.m. Beginning on October 23, there will be a second session on Mondays. This is a one hour class with a variety of exercises that will change every week. The entire program has 350 exercises proposed by doctors and physical therapists nation wide! The class is free and each participant receives free workout bands. The class will be taught by Linda Botens & another instructor, and includes an introduction with hands only CPR. Participants are welcome to attend to one class or the other, or both each week, depending on what fits their schedule.
