Breath: book study and practice

Breath in, breath out… repeat. The instructions are so simple, but this does not mean it is easy. Join us Tuesdays, September 10, 17, 24, & Monday, September 30 at 6:30 pm at Cuba Library for a book study and practice as we actively explore the concepts and breathing techniques described in award-winning science journalist James Nestor’s New York Times Bestselling book, Breath: The new science of a lost art. Expect engaging discussions on breathing techniques, practical breathing exercises, insights into improving overall health, and a supportive and friendly environment. Participants in the program will receive a copy of the book. This program is free and open to patrons ages 13 to adult. Space is limited and registration is required. Please contact Cuba Library at (585)968-1668 or email cuba@stls.org to sign up.
